Sex in long-term relationships

There are so many things we don’t speak about ... Like the fact that too much of the same can get boring quickly. Or that needs change as our roles change (for example in parenthood). Often times, with a lack of excitement comes a lack of communication and before we know it, it has been so long, we don’t even remember what it was like. It does not have to be that way.
