As a certified sex & relationship counsellor, Jessica R. works with individuals and couples of all genders on deepening their emotional, relational and sexual connection to themselves and to each other.

This is an entirely shame-free space to explore intimacy, pleasure and desire, to untangle some of the messy, to learn to ask for what you want and to communicate needs with confidence and care.

Counselling

The goal is not to find quick solutions or pathologize, but rather to focus on what is possible for you, as an individual and as a couple.

Together we will discover what is going on beneath the surface and find your language for desire, boundaries, connection and change.

Speaking

We are not having enough good sex as a society and the lack of connection is showing all around: in relationships, in families, in leadership and in the way we work together.

Jessica R. brings bold conversations about intimacy & connection into rooms that are ready for something more honest and explores why talking about sex matters far beyond the bedroom.

Speaking

Through keynote talks, workshops and private sessions, Jessica R. opens conversations that are often avoided. By speaking honestly about desire, boundaries, frustration, intimacy and connection, she addresses how these topics shape the way we relate – at home and at work.

Jessica R. facilitates retreats and group experiences centred around pleasure, connection and honest conversation.

Over the course of two to four days, participants step out of the noise of every day to slow down and spend some quality time with themselves. They are invited to open conversations and guided experiences, to explore the role desire, orgasm and good sex play in a loud and often messy world and to tap into what it is they long for – in the bedroom and out.

Together, participants explore what connection can look like when life and sex feel full and what to do when the familiar feeling of disconnection begins to creep back in.
